Revolution Armory stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its firearms. This warranty is available exclusively to the original registered owner and applies only to firearms that have been properly registered with Revolution Armory.
Please Note: Steel shot is only recommended in modified, improved cylinder and skeet choke tubes.
Terms and Conditions
Revolution Armory Warranty Terms
Revolution Armory warrants its firearms against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period stated by Revolution Armory from the original date of purchase by the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, failure, or abnormal wear resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, improper storage or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, accidents, or the use of defective, improperly loaded, improperly assembled, or otherwise unsuitable ammunition.
Revolution Armory is not responsible for injury, death, property damage, or damage to a firearm resulting from improper use, handling, maintenance, modification, unauthorized repair, or the use of defective, improperly loaded, improperly assembled, or unsuitable ammunition.
Warranty service is subject to inspection and approval by Revolution Armory.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, failure, or wear resulting from:
- Improper, negligent, abusive, or careless handling or use;
- Failure to follow the firearm owner’s manual, safety instructions, or applicable manufacturer instructions;
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, disassembly, or adjustment;
- Use of ammunition that is defective, damaged, improperly loaded, improperly assembled, or otherwise unsuitable for the firearm;
- Use of ammunition or components that do not meet the firearm manufacturer’s specifications;
- Corrosion, rust, neglect, improper storage, or exposure to adverse environmental conditions;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Accidental damage or damage caused by dropping, impact, fire, water, or other external forces;
- Use of aftermarket or non-original components where such use causes or contributes to the damage or malfunction;
- Competitive shooting, excessive firing, or other use outside the firearm’s intended purpose;
- Any use contrary to applicable laws, regulations, instructions, or firearm safety requirements; or
- Any other damage, failure, malfunction, or condition determined by Revolution Armory to fall outside the scope of this warranty.
